Nivalda has had the most incredible year chasing those Diamond Club standards, already ticking off the Half Marathon, 10 Mile, 10K and 5 Mile standards this year.💎
August saw her add the 5K Diamond Standard to the list, with a fantastic 22:33 at Felixstowe parkrun! 👏
Nivalda is a real inspiration to us all. She is incredibly dedicated, determined and driven but what makes her even more special is how encouraging she is of everyone around her. She really is a ray of sunshine in the club. ☀️
