Committee meetings and Annual General Meeting
Club committee meetings are held approximately once every 3 months throughout the year, if you have any points you wish the committee to discuss, please send agenda points to secretary@boxtedrunners.co.uk
At the AGM the committee present the annual report and club accounts and debates any motions. Details of the AGM are sent to members, along with nomination forms and minutes around a month before the meeting.
All members are welcome to attend the AGM
The next AGM is scheduled for March 2027
