On a damp and blustery Sunday, Wing took on the Vitality Big Half in London. Before the race saw the worse of the weather with 25MPH winds and driving rain. This week, the Boxted Runners were invited to take part in a Charity Run with the Framlingham Flyers in Aid of the British Heart Foundation at Bastings Hall

This week saw Five Boxted Runners take part in the Hadleigh Legacy 10k in Essex. This was a hugely challenging but enjoyable off-road 10k using some of the 2012 Olympic MTB course, set within the grounds of Hadleigh Castle. They faced hills, more hills, mud and more mud, but all came away with fantastic results.ย
