Now that the days are getting longer, we can begin our Thursday evening hill training sessions, starting on May 6th. It is a great session for all abilities. Hill training helps to improve cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and power, and increase the range of movement and form.

After a warm up we will be doing hill repeats on the Boxted 3 hills; Carters Hill, Cooks Hill and Parsonage Hill.

Meeting point aeill be Boxted village Hall Carpark at 7:00pm
