August’s Runner of the month goes to …… Ryan Baker 🤩

Ryan smashed both his 5k PB on August 8th with an amazing 17.51 followed up by breaking his 10k PB with fantastic 37.52.

About Boxted Runners

Boxted Runners, which has more than 150 members is based at King Georges Field, Boxted was formed in 2017. The Club colours are yellow with black logo.

We have a number of coaches, qualified to Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) or Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF), who hold training sessions and social runs throughout the week.
