Boxted Runners are delighted to announce the return of our popular and fun “Zero to 5k” Absolute beginners running course! If you think you can’t run a 5k, this is definitely for you! No experience is required in running, we will show you how it’s done and how it can be achieved in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment! December’s Runner Of The Month is Kiera Bays Kiera has run a half marathon every month throughout 2024, which I’m sure you’ll all agree is a fantastic achievement. To commit yourself to a target of a half marathon every month at the start of the year is one thing, but to actually go and do it is something else Well done Kiera you very much deserve to be our Runner Of The Month. 👏👏👏👏👏

November’s Runner Of The Month is Deena Greaves 👏👏 Deena joined Boxted Runners in March 2023 and soon became a popular and valued member of Boxted Runners. Last weekend she finished the Norwich Half Marathon in a superb time of 1:43,which is an excellent time in any conditions,but especially impressive in the weather conditions last Sunday as to anyone who raced that day will attest. Well done Deena you very much deserve the accolade of Runner Of The Month.👏👏👏👏👏

October’s Runner of the Month is Graham Potter 👏👏 Graham joined Boxted Runners in early 2024 and is now regularly seen at various Club sessions.Graham has taken part in a number of races during 2024 and has steadily improved his times.He also achieved a 5km PB last night at the Interval Time Trial 👏I think it’s fair to say that joining Boxted Runners has brought out Graham competitive side 🙂😉Graham is a real asset to Boxted Runners. Pauline Marshall Pauline joined Boxted Runners in 2022 at the age of 66, learning to run 5k in our Absolute Beginners course! Initially, this was to help keep fit, healthy, and mobile throughout the years ahead! Pauline has been a very popular friendly face in our Saturday morning 3-5K sessions and has become renowned for her trooper-style attitude towards her running in the fact that she never gives up!
