Pauline Marshall Pauline joined Boxted Runners in 2022 at the age of 66, learning to run 5k in our Absolute Beginners course! Initially, this was to help keep fit, healthy, and mobile throughout the years ahead! Pauline has been a very popular friendly face in our Saturday morning 3-5K sessions and has become renowned for her trooper-style attitude towards her running in the fact that she never gives up! Chris has created the first of a series of self navigation trial runs. The first is a lovely 6 mile route starting in East Bergholt, with a Pub at the start and finish and a coffee shop half way around.
